Well I hope someone tries to comment on my posts as I checked and double checked my settings again and I've even copied off of Lois's, so they surely should be right now. Took a walk yesterday and it was too hot and I got home and it about did me in and I was no good for the rest of the day. Learned my lesson, today I will walk the treadmill. It's supposed to be up in the 90's for quite a number of days so I don't plan on going anywhere that we'll be outside for any amount of time. No plans anyway so guess we'll just stay home.
